Spartan Training, a coach led group fitness workout in our new state of the art Spartan studio! This 60 minute workout will incorporate strength training, full body conditioning, and HIIT cardio suitable for all fitness levels. New workouts, and new challenges each day designed to get results through science backed progressive programming. Our coaches will make sure to get the best out of you as you work through circuits built to challenge all energy systems. Equipped with top of the line squat racks, cardio equipment, and a wide variety of free weight and functional training tools to help build lean muscle while incorporating cardio throughout this fast paced, high energy, community building workout.
