Hi, I’m Saina,
I’m a CanFitPro-certified personal trainer with over 3 years of experience. My fitness journey hasn’t been linear. I started out overweight, lost 40 pounds in an unhealthy way, and went through years of trial and error with training, cardio, and nutrition. Through that process, I found a sustainable balance and now I help other women break out of the cycle of restriction, bingeing, and burnout. I’ve also dealt with repeated shoulder dislocations, which forced me to rebuild my strength from the ground up. Today, I’m able to do things I once thought were impossible and that experience shaped how I coach. I understand how frustrating it is to feel limited by your body, and my goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident again. I specialize in body recomposition, postural correction, and helping clients improve movement patterns, including shoulder, hip, and core stability, with a strong focus on safe, effective training.
