I started working out to improve my performance playing football since
they go hand and hand with each other. I have been training for 10 plus
years and have been a certified Personal Trainer for 7. My main goal and
purpose is to push my clients to get one percent better every day and for
them to build the best version of themselves. The reason why I started
training is because I truly believe the number one thing you can do in life is
help people and change their lives for the better.

3 Quick Tips for Gaining Lean Muscle
- Caloric Surplus: To build muscle, you need to consume more calories than you burn daily. Aim for a surplus of 250-500 calories per day.

I used to dread going to the gym because I felt lost and overwhelmed, but now I actually look forward to my workouts, because training with Aneal has genuinely transformed the way I feel about fitness. In the year since I started my fitness journey, I’ve seen real physical results; I’m down 65 pounds, with noticeable gains in strength, muscle, and definition, and I’ve significantly lowered my body fat percentage, all of which were huge goals for me. But I have to say that the biggest change for me, and most importantly, has been my mindset. I’ve built a healthier, more sustainable relationship with both fitness and nutrition that I will carry with me forever, and I credit that entirely to Aneal.
