My fitness journey started when I weighed in at 130 pounds heavier. I successfully lost my weight and recovered from a surgery that really tested my perseverance. I improved my lifestyle, began to focus on nutrition, and worked with a personal trainer. I gained a passion for fitness, especially Muay Thai, and decided to become a personal trainer to help others achieve success. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated and alone. My goal is to guide you to becoming the best version of YOU and for many, to learn to LIVE for the very first time. My focus is on nutrition, strength training, body recomposition, and fat loss. You don’t need to do this alone, let’s work together to find your confidence in the gym and discover YOUR passion for fitness and exercise. I believe that exercise should be fun and that’s exactly what I am to accomplish.
